I noticed that your pictures are watermarked with your signature. Will the watermark be on the print that I purchase from you?

No way! I put the watermark on my pictures so no one can steal them and use them for personal use. None of my prints, canvas, metal, or framed prints, will have a watermark on them.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. If there is something wrong with the print, canvas, or framed print, I will reship you out the same one again until you are happy with it. If you make a mistake during the placing of your order, I can't take back the prints, canvas, or framed prints. I can't sell them, so that is why I do not take them back. Sorry....

I don't see the size print I want. Can you get any sizes?

Yes! While I carry the most popular print sizes, every once in awhile a client wants something different. Fear not! I can get any size you want. Even poster size. If you do not see the size you want on my website, please contact me. I will make it happen.

Do you offer custom services like framed or canvas prints?

I don’t see my favorite Cape Cod location on your website. Do you do commissioned work?

I do! I have done many commissioned works for clients! Just contact me, and we will work out the details. 

Do you have a print lab in your house?

I wish! I use a top rated print lab for my prints. I place the order with them, and then they ship it to you. 

How long will it take for the print to get to me?

I send your order to the print lab usually 1-2 days after you order it. It then takes the lab 1-3 days to print it. It then ships out using expedited shipping and you will get emailed a tracking number. 

Do you offer local pick-up?

I do!  I will contact you when the print comes in. We will then make arrangements to get your print to you. 

What happens if I have a problem with my order. Can you help?

I have sold hundreds of prints. Every once in awhile something happens. It could have been a defect at the print lab. The print could have been lost in the mail. Whatever it is, I want you to be happy. If anything happens, I will reship the same print, frame, or canvas out to you until you are happy.

Do you have a studio where I can visit?

Not yet! I was planning to open a studio, but COVID put things on hold. Hopefully, I will open a studio in East Dennis in the future.
